In order to ensure more thorough stakeholder engagement, we are pausing our update to Water Resources Policy 1025 - Policy for Conveying Stockwater Away from Streams to Protect Water Quality. We will be reaching out to directly affected interests to gather input and hear concerns in an effort to ensure broader perspectives are included, and to explore potential options within existing law that achieve common goals and desired outcomes.  

We have suspended the comment period in order to have necessary stakeholder meetings. However, all comments received to date will be retained.
